Generally this information is requested when you are purchasing products or media, entering a contest, ordering e-mail newsletters or entering a limited-access part of our site. When you buy Mojo products, a unique identifier is created and sent back to our website. This unique identifier helps us to authenticate each user's registration and to provide technical support and customer benefits for our registered users. This unique identifier is used for no other purpose. When you register on our site, we may assign you a unique personal identification number and send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code enables seamless travel across Mojo websites, and provides existing users with easier access to all Mojo resources without having to fill out registration forms with information you've already provided.

This personal identification number is used for no other purpose. We will not disclose your name, address, email address, credit card information or any other personal information that you may provide to anyone outside of our organization without permission from you. However, should we be required to deliver information about a customer to legal authorities in specific situations, we will comply. If you have licensed or purchased products or media from us or subscribed to any of our newsletters, we may occasionally send you information regarding discounts, new products and services, or special opportunities via email. We may share demographical information that is not related to any specific customer with our partners, advertisers or other third parties. That is, we will only disclose non-personal, anonymous information for statistical purposes.

Refunds

Reading Kingdom offers the option to subscribe using a complimentary trial period and with monthly subscriptions. We also offer scholarships to those who cannot afford our standard subscription rates. Consequently we do not offer refunds - unless we made an error in our billing. If we have billed you in error, please contact us and we will provide a prompt refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in and selecting "Parents & Teachers" from the menu on the left, then selecting the option to "Cancel a subscription". You can also email us or call us to cancel a subscription.

If you have purchased an annual subscription and you no longer wish to use it, you can gift your remaining time to someone else who might benefit from the use of the program.

Free trials

Reading Kingdom offers a one month free trial option. Please note that you may use this one month free trial a single time for a single student. Using a different name for a student, or using a different email address to create a different account in order to provide a student with an additional one month free trial is not allowed.

If for some reason you signed up for a one month free trial and were not able to use it, you may contact us and request an extension.

Signing up for a one month free trial and then cancelling the trial and signing up for a discounted non-trial subscription for the same student is also not allowed.
